Clean Harbors in El Dorado, AR is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety programs across site operations. You will audit, develop and review health and safety policies, and provide guidance to management and staff on implementing H&S programs to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires collaboration with regional teams, oversight of training, incident investigations, and coordination during regulatory actions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene or safety required; related certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of Health & Safety experience.
• PSM and MOC experience required; IH/Safety professional certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate health and safety programs across site operations.
• Audit performance and ensure policy and program compliance.
• Develop and review safety and health programs and training.
• Identify needs for new health and safety programs and improvements.
• Represent company during regulatory actions and inspections.
