Summit Midstream Corporation is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Specialist to help develop and implement safety and health programs that meet federal, state, and local regulations as well as company requirements. The role will serve as a safety resource for a defined geographic area and drive data analysis, audits, and training.

The position requires a BS in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent, or 8 years of oil and gas H&S experience, with strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent with relevant work history.
• Experience in oil and gas H&S programs and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Ability to develop, implement, and audit safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety and health programs compliant with regulations and company policies.
• Serve as safety SME for assigned geographic area and coordinate audits.
• Analyze and report H&S data; maintain manuals and procedures.
• Lead drills, incident investigations and corrective action programs.
• Provide training and support to Operations personnel; promote safe work culture.
