Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Project/Program Manager to lead planning, implementation and evaluation of major healthcare projects. You will coordinate tasks, manage budgets, and ensure timelines align with sponsor requirements.

This role emphasizes strong communication, team leadership, and data-driven reporting. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with several years of PM experience; a Master's degree is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Three years' experience in project management, program management development, administration or supervisory experience required.

Mansioni

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate major projects to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee operational policies and procedures for the program.
• Prepare analyses and reports; identify risks and suggest improvements.
• Manage financial data, progress reports, and quality control; draft reports.
• Assist in budget administration and track expenditures.
