Job summary

CVS Health's Aetna Enterprise Delivery team seeks an innovative, high-energy leader with strong analytic, Agile, and program management skills to drive delivery on critical initiatives in the Commercial Segment. This role will require solving complex problems and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The position directs Scrum events, mentors the team and stakeholders, and supports the product roadmap through backlog management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery leadership within large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams of Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years of experience applying software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• 2+ years of experience with budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and budget management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile program delivery for complex initiatives.
• Direct activities of the team, including Scrum events and impediment removal.
• Coach and mentor team and stakeholders; support product roadmap and backlog prioritization.
• Develop metrics to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Interface with Senior leaders across the company to align objectives.
• Manage timelines and milestones with internal and external partners.
