Job summary

Prometheus Federal Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness as the VHA implements an organizational redesign and stands up new operating functions.

You will help develop job descriptions, SOPs, policies, and key performance indicators, and contribute to governance, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience conducting program reviews, evaluation, and outcome measurement.
• Experience identifying program resources and developing program reports.
• Ability to support program operations against goals and objectives.
• Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills at executive level.
• Experience with VHA performance systems and platforms (CDW, VSSC).
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Office 365 at expert level.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Low/NACI background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Support VHA in analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness.
• Conduct program reviews to assess quality and identify improvements.
• Assist in executing program operations to meet goals.
• Develop program related key performance indicators.
• Support IPTs in reporting and governance structures.
• Provide input on program evaluation and organizational improvements.
• Identify program resources and support staffing analyses.
• Develop program reports and executive briefing materials.
• Support planning, coordination, risk management, and status reporting.
• Support reporting and analytics by identifying gaps and improvements.
