• Leads, plans, and assigns the work of analyst staff and admin support for monitoring OPOP contracts.
• Oversees development and implementation of monitoring tools and procedures for full compliance with contracts and fiscal requirements.
• Directs data collection, analysis, and evaluation to assess contractor performance and identify corrective actions.
• Maintains timely communication with contract providers and DMH program leads for data reporting and program improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree ... Social Work, Counseling, Health Care Administration/Management, Public Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field

Master's Degree substituted for one year of experience
