Job summary

Heluna Health is seeking a Health Program Analyst I to support the RAD Team within the Office of Diversion and Reentry (ODR) in Los Angeles. The role focuses on housing access, referral coordination, and PSH resource management, interfacing with providers and courts to ensure timely communications.

The position emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and workflow improvements across multiple teams serving individuals with housing, behavioral health, and justice needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Health Care Administration/Management, Public Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Two years of direct professional experience with persons experiencing homelessness, serious mental illness, or justice involvement.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience in option I.

Responsibilities

• Review, track, and ensure timely submission of progress reports to the Los Angeles Superior Court with providers.
• Support referral and access processes across programs, tracking referrals from receipt through disposition and outcomes.
• Monitor referral workflows to identify delays and barriers to timely access to services.
• Maintain referral tracking systems, databases, and client records with accuracy.
• Coordinate with staff to resolve data discrepancies and update referral records promptly.
• Develop standardized tracking tools and processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries.
• Collaborate with program teams to support referral and access activities.
