Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Researcher Analyst based in the United States to support federal government clients through policy research, advanced analytics, and technical assistance focused on healthcare programs, particularly Medicaid and CHIP eligibility, enrollment, retention, and access.

Competenze

• Experience researching Medicaid and CHIP eligibility, enrollment, retention, and access.
• Knowledge of HR1, Community Engagement, and Working Family Tax Credit policies.
• Ability to interpret data from eligibility systems, TAF, claims, and reports.
• Strong research and analytical skills including statistics and data mining.
• Ability to translate results into clear communications for varied audiences.
• Experience developing client-facing reports, visuals, training materials.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation.
• Familiarity with human-centered design in analytical products.
• Experience working in agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to manage reporting access and user permissions.

• Lead research and analysis on Medicaid/CHIP eligibility and enrollment indicators.
• Analyze data from eligibility systems, TAF, claims, and reports to identify gaps.
• Develop knowledge of HR1, Community Engagement, and WFTC policies.
