Job summary

Mathematica, Inc. seeks a Senior Fellow - Medicaid (Remote Eligible) to lead state and federal Medicaid/CHIP policy research and related data analytics.

You will direct multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and help advance innovative policy solutions for CMS and client agencies. The role requires a Master’s or PhD and ~15 years in public policy or health policy, with strong quantitative/qualitative methods and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in public policy, economics, public health, or related field.
• Extensive experience with Medicaid or CHIP policy at state or federal level.
• Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct research, technical assistance, and monitoring projects on Medicaid/CHIP policy.
• Provide consulting to state and local clients and support policy submissions to CMS.
• Lead business development and author technical reports and briefs.
• Represent Mathematica at conferences and expert panels.
