Qualifications

• Master's degree in health policy or public health with research methods coursework.
• Coursework or work experience in qualitative research methodology.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to write memos, briefs and reports.
• Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ability to support multiple projects and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans summarizing current health policy topics.
• Collaborate with senior research staff to support qualitative data collection and analysis.
• Develop interview guides and conduct or take notes during interviews.
• Use qualitative analysis software to thematically code data and synthesize findings.
• Serve as a Project Manager to help keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Plan, manage, and close out complex projects with Directors.
• Draft client memos, analytic reports, briefs, and other written products.
