Index Analytics, LLC, a Baltimore-based health policy consulting firm, seeks a Senior Researcher to support federal government clients through policy research, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and technical assistance. You will translate complex policy and data requirements into actionable guidance for states, partners, and stakeholders.

You will apply statistical methods, data visualization, and UI-friendly reporting to produce high-value analyses while collaborating in an agile team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, health services research, statistics, data science, economics, social science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience; MPH or related advanced degree preferred.
• Experience analyzing Medicaid or CHIP eligibility and enrollment data.

Responsabilités

• Lead research and analysis related to Medicaid and CHIP eligibility, enrollment, retention, and access.
• Interpret data from eligibility systems, TAF, claims, and reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in HR1, Community Engagement, and WFTC policy.
