Foodsmart is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own a book of business and manage high-value clients within a remote, US-based role. You will lead retention, drive strategic partnerships, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Clinical Ops to deliver value and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management, client services, healthcare consulting, or healthcare services in a client-facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting retention targets and contract renewals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing clinical outcomes, marketing data, and campaign performance.
• Experience with health plans and provider contracts within health systems.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Preferred: startup experience; nutrition benefits or food-as-medicine programs; collaboration with marketing teams; Bachelor's degree in business/public health/related field.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business and manage a portfolio of high-value, high-growth clients.
• Lead client retention, service delivery, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute account plans for long-term growth.
• Articulate ROI and clinical metrics to demonstrate value to clients.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Clinical Operations.
• Prepare client-facing reporting and business reviews.
• Lead marketing campaigns to drive enrollment and engagement.
• Monitor program performance and maintain CRM records.
