Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years in health plan administration / self-funded space (4+ in advisory/analytical roles).
• Experience with claims and eligibility data; strong data-driven communication.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and identify trends, risks and future opportunities across a broad healthcare data set.
• Utilize GenAI and advanced analytics to uncover drivers in plan, member experience, outcomes, and costs.
• Advise clients with forward-looking insights on data trends and implications for health plans and outcomes.
• Craft and deliver presentations highlighting insights with actionable strategies and measurable results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions addressing identified opportunities.
• Embrace GenAI to enhance data analysis and prompt engineering for deeper insights.
