Job summary

Quantum Health is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Healthcare Advisor/Consultant to analyze complex healthcare data and provide forward‑looking insights for self‑funded employer groups. You will guide benefits design, cost management and population health improvements while collaborating with Value Creation, CE, and Product Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years in self-funded healthcare space with 8+ years in health plan administration, member health population management.
• 8+ years in consultative/analytical roles with at least 4 years in self-funded healthcare space.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy payer data, claims and eligibility.
• Ability to develop and communicate strategies addressing cost management, plan design and outcomes.
• Self-starter with independent work style and time management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data presentation tools (Tableau, Excel) and analytics platforms.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills; data ethics.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across healthcare datasets.
• Provide forward-looking insights and strategic recommendations for health plans and employer groups.
• Craft and deliver compelling client presentations with actionable strategies and measurable results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions addressing opportunities.
• Leverage GenAI and analytics tools to derive deeper insights and support decision making.
• Maintain data integrity and drive innovation in analysis and technology use.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
