Qualifications

• Minimum six years of healthcare consulting or healthcare operations experience.
• Bachelor/Master in accounting/finance or related healthcare field; advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• CPA/CFA or progress toward such certifications is a plus; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and operational analyses for healthcare engagements, including cash flow forecasts and three-statement models.
• Develop KPI metrics and support project deliverables with data-driven insights.
• Build and optimize workflows to improve quality and financial outcomes across healthcare organizations.
• Mentor junior staff and manage day-to-day engagement priorities under senior leadership guidance.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client pitches.
