Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Principal Strategic Client Advisor to serve as a trusted advisor to health plan clients, consultants, and leadership teams. The role focuses on translating market intelligence into strategic, actionable guidance and thought leadership for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities include leading engagements, developing market expertise, and shaping discussions on growth, affordability, and overall strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years in health plan, payer, PBM strategy, healthcare consulting or market intelligence.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, PBM topics, and payer strategies.
• Ability to translate PBM topics and industry trends into executive insights.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise market leadership by framing challenges, evaluating options, and translating trends into client recommendations.
• Lead consultative engagements, executive briefings, and planning discussions on growth, affordability, member experience, and cost of care.
• Develop deep expertise in health plan markets, regulatory changes, and provider market shifts.
• Translate market intelligence into proactive, client-focused insights for planning conversations.
• Create and deliver thought leadership linking market developments to client priorities and Prime’s perspective.
• Identify client needs and opportunities, aligning insights with priorities and long-term advisory strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
