Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Principal Strategic Client Advisor to act as a senior strategic consultant for health plan clients, consultants, and account leadership teams. The role drives growth, affordability, member experience, and pharmacy strategy while translating market dynamics into client-ready recommendations.

The position requires a deep understanding of health plan markets, regulatory changes, and enterprise client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/healthcare field.
10 years of work experience in health plan, payer or PBM strategy or healthcare consulting.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to market leadership and clients by framing business challenges and translating trends into client-specific recommendations.
Lead consultative engagements, executive briefings, and planning discussions on growth, affordability, and total cost of care.
Develop expertise in health plan markets, regional dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform planning conversations.
Translate market intelligence into proactive insights for executives and clients.
Create and deliver thought leadership connecting market developments to client priorities and Prime’s perspective.
Identify enterprise client needs and align insights with client priorities and future advisory strategy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
