Qualifications

• 5+ years in community organizing, preferably in nonprofit or community-based orgs.
• 3+ years of experience working on issues affecting communities of color.
• 2+ years of direct supervision experience; ability to mentor staff and interns.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide coalition coordination, maintain relationships with members, recruit new organizations, plan meetings and convenings.
• Plan andfacilitate meetings with community partners in statewide advocacy spaces, ensuring diverse voices are included.
• Implement multi-level organizing strategies and advocacy plans within health advocacy coalitions.
