Job summary

The California Pan-Ethnic Health Network (CPEHN) is seeking a full-time Data and Policy Analyst. This role focuses on data management, analysis, and synthesis to inform policy proposals and health equity initiatives across California.

Based anywhere in California with a hybrid schedule and travel to offices as needed; strong collaboration with policy, research, and communications staff is essential. We offer comprehensive benefits and a commitment to health equity.

Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years of research experience utilizing health, health care and/or public health system data.
• At least 2-4 years experience using Excel or similar to manage data sets and draw inferences.
• Preferred: 2-4 years programming (R, SPSS, SAS, STATA) to manipulate large data sets.
• Preferred: 2-4 years data visualization (Excel/Microsoft BI, Tableau, ArcGIS).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and manage internal data and publicly available data for policy evaluation.
• Support research activities and evidence-based policy development with data sources and analysis.
