Job summary

University of Virginia Health Development Office in Charlottesville seeks an Associate Director or Senior Associate Director, Health Development Partnerships, to advance philanthropic priorities across UVA Health. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with four years of healthcare/fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders including clinicians and administrators.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with physicians, faculty, and UVA Health leaders.
• Develop the philanthropic pipeline and donor engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with University External Relations and other partners to advance fundraising priorities.
• Translate clinical and research priorities into philanthropic opportunities.
