Job summary

Thrivable is a real-time healthcare market research platform. We seek a hands-on researcher who programs surveys, analyzes messy data, and weaves findings into compelling client-ready narratives.

You will design studies, synthesize results, and deliver strategic recommendations with a clear business impact for pharmaceutical and medtech clients. Fully remote role with high ownership and fast-paced collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (PhD, MPH, MS, etc.), but strong relevant experience is acceptable.
• Able to design and execute healthcare research studies across modalities.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize complex research data into clear, coherent narratives for clients.
• Deliver actionable insights and business implications to sponsors.
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative healthcare studies.
• Program and troubleshoot surveys in Qualtrics.
• Analyze data with SPSS, R, Python or similar tools.
• Apply statistical thinking to identify patterns and implications.
• Conduct qualitative coding and insight development.
• Build executive-level reports and presentations.
• Present findings to clients and contribute to strategy discussions.
