Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Health Services Data Analyst Senior to monitor and improve quality across Medicaid behavioral health programs in Connecticut, including Rural Health Transformation and 1115 Waiver initiatives. This role combines data analysis, dashboard development, and performance reporting to support health outcomes.

You will join a team that uses SAS and Tableau to deliver actionable insights, maintain databases, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree with 4–6 years related experience.
Experience using SAS for data analysis and queries.
Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing interactive Tableau dashboards.
Medicaid claims experience, preferably involving behavioral health data.
Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and report on Quality Management Project Plan, performance targets, and PAR program profiles.
Prepare and communicate information regarding health care programs and their quality levels.
Create and maintain databases to track business performance.
Analyze data and summarize performance using statistical procedures.
Develop provider-facing dashboards to monitor quality and support improvement efforts.
