The role requires strong SQL, BI, and healthcare data expertise, with a focus on measuring disparities in access, utilization, quality, and outcomes, and delivering actionable recommendations for organizational improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of experience with SQL and data querying, reporting, and BI.
• Experience supporting health equity, population health, quality improvement, patient experience, or health disparity initiatives.
• Familiarity with health equity measures and stratifying healthcare data to identify disparities.
