Job summary

Advocate Health in the United States is seeking a qualified Data Analyst in the Quality Abstraction department for a fully remote, full-time role. You will direct analytics projects, collaborate with clients to define needs, and deliver BI reports that drive decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in health-related fields or RN and at least 2 years of healthcare data experience; ECQM and quality metrics experience is highly valued. Remote nationwide availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health related fields or RN.
• 2 years experience in health related field required.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization strongly preferred; ECQM and quality metrics experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to clarify business and technical issues with clients.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions to meet project needs.
• Creates simple to complex BI reports and educates clients on data concepts.
• Integrates data from multiple sources into a single dataset for analysis.
