Job summary

Truveta, the world’s first health provider led data platform, seeks a Success Manager for Partner Insights, Enablement and Success. You will own strategic relationships with health systems, life sciences partners, and researchers, translating clinical questions into real‑world data and evidence workflows.

Collaborating across product, research, engineering, and commercial teams, you’ll manage onboarding, adoption, renewal readiness, and expansion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fields with EMR/RWD/RWE/public health.
• 2+ years in customer success or account management in healthcare analytics.
• Experience translating clinical questions into data workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, renewal readiness, and expansion.
• Guide customers through research and analytics workflows and cohort definitions.
• Translate goals into actionable deliverables and align across product, research, engineering, commercial, and support teams.
• Manage customer education, enablement, training, and executive-ready communications.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at health systems and life sciences organizations.
• Identify opportunities to deepen product adoption and collaborate on renewal and growth.
• Proactively identify risks and develop practical resolution recommendations.
• Occasional domestic travel (~2–5x/yr) and virtual meetings across US time zones.
