Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, human services, public health, nursing related area, or 2 years equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience working in a clinic or outpatient setting.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Culture: champion inclusive team culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and accountability.
• Operations & Compliance: oversee daily operations and ensure HIPAA/CLIA/OSHA compliance.
• Staff Development & Management: hire, train, coach staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Financial & Strategic Oversight: develop the health center's financial plan and budgets.
• Clinical Support & Patient Experience: support clinic flow and ensure quality patient care.
• Collaboration & Mission Alignment: align operations with organizational goals.
