Epstein Becker Green is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth for the Health Care & Life Sciences practice. You will partner with practice leadership to shape strategy, manage client pitches, and oversee marketing initiatives that expand firm relationships within this sector.

You'll collaborate with attorneys, marketing, events, and business intelligence teams to turn market insights into go-to-market plans and measurable results, while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, Communications, or related field.
• Advanced degree and business development coaching certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing and business development experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice leadership to develop and execute growth strategies that expand client relationships and generate new business.
• Manage the complete business development lifecycle, from lead generation through pitch execution and follow-up.
• Design targeted marketing tactics including one-on-one outreach, events, thought leadership, and digital campaigns.
• Coach attorneys and junior business development team members on individual business development strategies and client relationships.
• Apply structured analysis and data to evaluate business development decisions and adjust plans based on metrics.
