Qualifications

• 4-year degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing and business development experience in professional services.
• 5+ years of management experience leading professionals at Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of business units through direct BD leadership for assigned groups and oversight of BD support.
• Ensure successful execution and accountability of BD and marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth and brand visibility with measurable outcomes.
• Leverage knowledge of clients, markets and firm capabilities to advise leadership on growth strategies.
• Translate client and market information to identify BD priorities and create initiatives for leadership review.
• Scale differentiated client development approaches and build repeatable playbooks for success.
• Set direction for thought leadership and client programming across groups with BD, communications, and events teams.
• Drive pipeline development and opportunity management with prioritization and advancement of high-value pursuits.
• Establish best practices, tools and processes for efficient BD efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to influence decisions and outcomes.
• Mentor team members and uphold a high-value client service mindset.
