WTW seeks a Senior Analyst – Health & Benefits Consulting to contribute to the design, financing and management of health and benefit programs. You will support the project manager on select projects, interface with clients and vendors, and create client-ready deliverables while ensuring quality standards are met.

You'll participate in enrollment support, reporting, benchmarking, and vendor evaluations, growing health and benefits acumen.

Competenze

• 2+ years’ professional services experience in health benefits/ underwriting or brokerage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work on time and budget.
• Strong client service orientation and responsive communication.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work in teams.
• Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills.
• MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
• Actuarial/underwriting training encouraged.

Mansioni

• Contribute to design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, life and disability programs.
• Support project management and vendor procurement/optimization activities.
• Provide enrollment support and verify policy information.
• Prepare client meeting materials and coordinate resources.
• Produce reports, Form 5500 filings and monthly client/carrier data.
• Analyze benefit plans and assist with funding strategies.
• Benchmark studies and cross-functional collaboration.
