WTW in Philadelphia seeks a Health and Benefits Senior Analyst to contribute to the design, financing and ongoing management of health and benefit programs. You will support the project manager, interface with vendors and clients, and create client deliverables while upholding rigorous quality standards.

You will deepen health and benefits acumen, sharpen financial, project management and client-relations skills by working on cutting-edge projects with industry leaders.

Competenze

• 2+ years in professional services, health benefits consulting or underwriting preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables on time and within budget.
• Strong client service orientation with clear, timely communication.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Contribute to design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing and disability benefits.
• Support project managers and interface with clients and vendors.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and coordinate resources.
• Assist with vendor procurement, implementation and optimization activities.
• Provide enrollment support and update internal systems as needed.
• Prepare reports, Form 5500 filings and benefit documentation for clients.
• Analyze plan design, cost, funding strategies and benchmarking studies.
