WTW in Cheyenne, WY seeks a Senior Analyst - Account Manager to support healthcare and group benefits solutions through design, vendor management, data analytics, and compliance.

You will manage annual benefits lifecycle, be the primary client contact, analyze strategy, deliver utilization reports, and collaborate with carriers to renew and expand business; travel within Wyoming may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in employee benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant experience.
• Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Understanding of Salesforce and client relationship systems, with problem solving abilities.
• Exceptional client relationship skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Willingness to travel to clients within Wyoming for periodic meetings.
• Licensing exams and continuing education requirements must be fulfilled.

Responsabilités

• Manage the annual lifecycle of employee benefits.
• Be a day-to-day client contact for benefit programs.
• Develop and analyze benefits strategy.
• Deliver reporting to assess benefit utilization and performance.
• Answer client questions and work with vendors to resolve issues.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings and open enrollment events.
• Assist with proposals and responding to RFPs.
• Ensure compliance processes are documented and followed.
