Qualifications

• Experience in professional services, ideally benefits/actuarial or underwriting.
• Knowledge of health and welfare products is a plus.
• Ability to learn big data analytic techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial analyses and client deliverables across multiple employer teams.
• Support benefit plan analyses, cost avoidance, risk and funding strategies.
• Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling for client decisions.
• Collaborate with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams on projects.
