A growing health care administrator is seeking a Senior Accounting & Benefits Administration Analyst to manage financial operations related to employer-sponsored health benefits. This role requires expertise in GAAP, accounting oversight, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of experience in financial operations, ideally within health care or insurance. Formación

• 5–10+ years of accounting or financial operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience with stop-loss insurance and trust accounting.
• Experience in a health care or insurance environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own general ledger accounting and month-end close for accounts.
• Prepare and manage employer funding requests based on claims activity.
• Produce financial and operational reports for management.

Conocimientos

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong working knowledge of GAAP

Ability to manage multiple employer clients

Detail-oriented

Analytical mindset

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
