Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to shape product and platform strategy across risk-bearing provider analytics, including accountable care organizations and payer-adjacent workflows.

This role translates client needs, market intelligence, and healthcare analytics into differentiated product strategies and 12-24-month roadmaps in partnership with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in product strategy or healthcare consulting.
• Experience with risk-bearing providers and payer-adjacent workflows.
• Proven ability to translate needs into scalable product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for provider analytics and data portfolio.
• Translate market intelligence into 12-24 month roadmaps.
• Lead market validation, business cases, and requirements.
• Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
• Identify AI-enabled capabilities to improve value and scalability.
