Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a data-driven analyst to create and lead analytics that improve health outcomes and cost efficiency. You will partner with clinical, administrative, and financial stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and robust reporting across multiple data domains.

The role requires advanced analytics skills, programming in SQL/R, and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. A master’s degree is preferred and 5 years of leadership in analytics is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health or analytics related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred in medicine, public health or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years leading clinical/population health analytics projects.
• 3+ years of project leadership in a complex environment; payer/provider preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and disseminate clinical and population health analyses and reports to identify opportunities for improved outcomes and costs.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable and aligned with priorities.
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise as a strategic partner.
• Mentor colleagues across the enterprise in analytics and tools.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
