Qualifications

• Master's Degree in STEM or Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years relevant work experience are required
• At least 7 years of data analytics, academic research, or related work experience
• Travel 0% - 25% is required

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, performance, budget oversight and staffing of the department.
• Create and communicate the product/capability vision, strategy and roadmap; manage backlog and prioritize items based on value.
• Oversee delivery of analytical solutions in production by understanding business questions and translating results for non-technical audiences.
• Communicate results through written reports, presentations and visualizations; connect analyses to business objectives and strategy.
• Research new analytical skills and approaches; collaborate with data scientists and analysts on larger projects.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
