Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology or Pharmacy or related field.
• 7 years of leading clinical and population health reporting, analyses and studies; 5 years of project leadership; 5 years of analytical consultation.
• Experience with coding languages, analytics software, and data sources including claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, execution, dissemination and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses, metrics and reports.
• Establishes relationships with stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Provides mentorship and subject matter expertise across the enterprise.
• Other duties as assigned.
