Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to generate insights aligning with the Quadruple Aim. You will aggregate and analyze diverse healthcare data, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and partner with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to improve outcomes and reduce costs.

Responsibilities include leading population health analyses, mentoring colleagues, and delivering actionable analytics across enterprise projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy or closely related field.
5 years leading design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting, analyses and studies.
5 years with coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data.
3 years of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment (payer and/or provider preferred).
3 years of providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Leads the design, development, execution and interpretation of analyses and reports using clinical, member, financial and administrative data.
Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable.
Serves as a strategic business partner with thought leadership and SME guidance.
Provides mentorship to colleagues across the enterprise.
Performs other duties as assigned.
