Qualifications

• Required: 5 years leading design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting
• 5 years with coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data
• 3 years of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment
• 3 years of providing analytical consultation to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, execution and interpretation of analyses, metrics and reports
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise
• Mentor colleagues across the enterprise
• Perform other duties as assigned
