Marsh is seeking an experienced Principal Lead Health Actuary Consultant to join our Actuarial and Financial Consulting team within the People and Investments business. Based in any US office, the role is hybrid with in-office work at least three days per week and involves leading health benefits projects, financial projections, and plan design optimization.

You will manage client engagements, review analyses, perform complex cost projections, and guide analysts while contributing to business

Formación

BA/BS degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field required.
Minimum 10+ years' experience in actuarial field, with health and benefits consulting experience.
Proven progress to ASA designation.
Client facing experience.
Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

Lead routine client engagements, managing service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewals, benchmarking, and other health and welfare underwriting projects.
Review analyses by junior staff for actuarial accuracy and proper use of models.
Perform and review complex analyses and cost projections using Excel, SAS, and related tools.
Draft and review client reports and presentations to summarize findings and propose solutions.
Guide junior team members in client management and support senior business development.
