Job summary

Marsh seeks an experienced Senior Lead Health Actuarial Consultant to join our Actuarial and Financial Consulting teams in the United States. This hybrid role requires a minimum three days in the office and can be located at any office across the U.S.

You will manage health benefits projects, provide financial projections and plan design optimization, and serve as a primary financial contact for clients while guiding analysts and associates.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in actuarial field, health and benefits consulting.
• ASA designation in progress; client facing experience; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine client engagements, managing service delivery, strategy, and renewals.
• Review analyses by junior staff for actuarial accuracy and model use.
• Perform and review complex cost projections using Excel, SAS, and related tools.
• Draft and review client reports and presentations to summarize findings and propose solutions.
• Guide junior team members in client management and business development efforts.
