Job summary

Marsh is seeking an experienced Actuarial professional to join the Actuarial and Financial Consulting team in a hybrid role based in the US. You will lead health benefits engagements, develop financial projections, optimize plan designs, and support renewal negotiations while guiding analysts and associates.

The role requires a BA/BS in a relevant field, 10+ years in actuarial work with health benefits, and progress toward ASA.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years' actuarial experience with health and benefits consulting.
• Progress toward ASA designation and client-facing experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine client engagements, managing service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations and renewals.
• Review analyses conducted by junior staff for actuarial accuracy and model use.
• Perform and review complex cost projections using Excel, SAS and related tools.
• Draft and review client reports and presentations with strategic recommendations.
• Guide junior team members in client management and business development.
