Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet patients and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Conduct a thorough assessment of patients’ health concerns over the phone.
• Gather medical history and symptoms to determine urgency and care needs.
