Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration or related field is required.
• Advanced professional experience with HUD-approved training in HCV programs and related subjects is required.
• Considerable knowledge of federal, state and local housing programs and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Housing Choice Voucher program and related units through a contractor.
• Ensures contractor compliance with Federal regulations, NHA policies, and the Administrative Plan.
• Reviews contract deliverables, payments, and performance for SEMAP and related requirements.
• Prepares written reports and meets with senior staff to discuss program status and goals.
• Supervises HCV Administration staff and trains on policy updates and regulations.
