Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Integration Expert to design, implement, and integrate HR technology landscapes across SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA HCM. The role supports Core-Hybrid and Talent-Hybrid deployments and requires travel up to 4 days per week based on client needs.

You will work with SAP SuccessFactors HXM, S/4HANA HCM, UKG, and WorkForce Software, guiding workshops, architecture, testing, and post‑go‑live support while mentoring junior teammates and building strong client

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client-facing roles, leading complex interface design and architecture.
• Proven Integration Consultant on SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation projects.
• Hands-on with SuccessFactors APIs and SAP BTP CPI for interfaces.
• Strong technical proficiency in XML, RESTful and SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, driving complex interface architecture, technical design, and issue resolution.
• Define and manage integration scope for HR implementations across Core-Hybrid and Talent-Hybrid deployments.
• Apply hands-on expertise with SAP BTP CPI and lead offshore teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IBM teams providing technical leadership.
