Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior HCM Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer based in the United States. You will design, build, and operate secure cloud infrastructure supporting a federal HCM modernization program, with Oracle Cloud and FedRAMP focus.

This primarily remote role includes occasional onsite work in Reston, VA, and up to 10% travel within the continental United States. You will lead platform standards and mentor teams across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
10+ years of cloud platform or DevOps engineering experience.
Experience with OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government or comparable FedRAMP environments.
Strong CI/CD discipline and automation of build, test, and deployment.
Hands-on Terraform or similar IaC tooling.
Proficiency in Python and/or Bash for automation and orchestration.
Knowledge of federal compliance: FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP baselines.
Experience with multi-environment deployments and change control.
Leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in Agile environments and platform governance.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configurations across DEV, TEST, STAGE, PROD.
Administer OCI resources within FedRAMP Moderate+ environments (compute, network, storage, IAM).
Establish baselines aligned with NIST SP 800-128 and ensure auditable deployments.
Coordinate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates across environments and manage rollback procedures.
Design disaster recovery and business continuity with automated failover and DR testing.
Monitor performance and implement automated remediation to meet uptime SLAs.
Apply IaC to provision and replicate cloud environments.
Coordinate with cybersecurity on key management and FIPS requirements.
Guide environment refresh cycles, data masking, and sandbox provisioning.
Develop runbooks and architecture diagrams for ATO readiness.
