Job summary

CA CI invites applications for a Senior HCM Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation across DEV, TEST, STAGE, and PROD environments.

You will work with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM in OCI FedRAMP Moderate+ boundaries, implement IaC with Terraform, and ensure secure, auditable deployments while coordinating quarterly SaaS updates and DR/BC capabilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
• 10+ years in cloud platform or DevOps engineering.
• 8+ years hands-on with OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or similar FedRAMP clouds.
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on with Terraform or IaC tools.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash.
• Understanding of FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP baselines.
• Experience with configuration baselining, change control, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across environments using Jenkins, Terraform, and Python.
• Administer OCI resources in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments (compute, networking, IAM).
• Maintain configuration baselines aligned with NIST SP 800-128.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates, regression testing, rollback planning.
• Implement DR and BC capabilities with automated failover and backups.
• Monitor performance and availability; configure automated remediation for uptime.
• Apply IaC practices for provisioning and environment replication.
• Enforce FIPS 140-3 encryption; coordinate key management and cert lifecycle.
• Manage environment refresh cycles, data masking, sandbox provisioning.
