Job summary

CACI seeks a Senior HCM Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation for a federal HCM modernization program. You will manage OCI within FedRAMP Moderate+ boundaries, implement IaC, and coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud updates across DEV, TEST, STAGE, and PROD.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• 10+ years in cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or enterprise systems administration.
• 8+ years with OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or comparable FedRAMP clouds.
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools and automating build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Python and/or Bash for automation and monitoring.
• Understanding of FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP baselines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configurations across environments.
• Administer OCI resources in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments (compute, networking, storage, IAM).
• Maintain configuration baselines aligned with NIST SP 800-128 and ensure traceability.
• Orchestrate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates; coordinate testing, impact analysis, and rollbacks.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity with automated failover and DR testing.
• Monitor performance and availability using OCI tools; automate remediation for uptime SLAs.
• Enforce IaC practices for provisioning and environment replication.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity on key management and certificate lifecycle.
