Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a HCM Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate the cloud platform infrastructure for a large-scale federal HCM modernization program. The role focuses on OCI-based environments within FedRAMP Moderate+ and develops CI/CD pipelines across DEV through PROD.

The engineer will implement NIST 800-128 baselines, automate provisioning with Terraform, and lead quarterly Oracle SaaS updates while ensuring security and disaster recovery readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cloud platform engineering and DevOps experience.
• Experience with OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov, or other FedRAMP cloud platforms.
• Proficient with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Terraform or similar IaC for declarative provisioning and automation.
• Python and/or Bash scripting for automation and orchestration.
• Knowledge of FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP Moderate+ compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Manage OCI resources in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments (compute, net, storage, IAM).
• Establish configuration baselines aligned to NIST SP 800-128 and ensure auditability.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates, validation, testing, and rollback procedures.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity with automated failover and DR testing.
• Develop runbooks, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures for program operations.
