Proficiency with modern design tools and prototyping suites.
Ability to work with developers and technical teams in enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HCD activities for new technical solutions and major enhancements.
Translate stakeholder needs into usable, accessible digital experiences.
Develop information architectures, user flows, and wireframes.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and clear design specs for handoff.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible designs.
